Don't bother with paying for next day AND extra for morning delivery unless you have 45 minutes to WASTE on the phone while they follow up with whatever florist they are using and frustrate the heck out of you.

The customer service rep first.

1. Requested confirm delivery - the flowers had been delivered...on the porch of a legitimate business! (btw no porch at the location)(wait 18 min)

2. The flowers had in fact NOT been delivered and they could not guarantee delivery time.(wait 10 min)

3. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the rep left me on hold for 25 min. I had to use my other line to call back and explain how furious I was.

Total hold time 54 min.

What a Crock!!!
