Despite the February 14 delivery garuntee my order was not delivered! I even called three times today and was promised and reassured my order would be delivered on time!
Nope no flowers! I called for a refund and I was talked in circles for a half an hour. I was refused to speak with a manager several times today. The worst customer service ever.
I have already contacted my credit card fraud department to make sure I am not charged for this disservice.
My wife now gets nothing for Valentine’s Day and I am left with a headache. Buyer beware!
