Despite the February 14 delivery garuntee my order was not delivered!I even called three times today and was promised and reassured my order would be delivered on time!
Nope no flowers! I called for a refund and I was talked in circles for a half an hour. I was refused to speak with a manager several times today. The worst customer service ever.
I have already contacted my credit card fraud department to make sure I am not charged for this disservice.
My wife now gets nothing for Valentine’s Day and I am left with a headache.Buyer beware!
