I order flowers through ProFlowers to be delivered that evening with a shipping charge of about 20.00. I get a call the next day saying the flowers were never delivered; they would send a letter apoligizing along with an upgrade.

The next day i call to try to get a refund for the same day shipping i paid for. I found the flowers were never delivered because the florist needs gas money? They told me they would give me 10 percent back? Horrible Service- This was for a women who just lost her husband; so sad.

I warn anyone who needs flowers to actually arrive! I will never use ProFlowers again.

Monetary Loss: $49.
