I ORDERED MY WIFE SOME FLOWERS FOR VALENTINES DAY TO BE SENT TO HER OFFICE,WHEN THE FLOWERS ARRIVED THEY WHERE NOT WHAT I ORDERED,I HAD ORDERED THE 2 DOZEN RAINBOW ROSES AND ONLY GOT 20 ROSES AND HALF OF THE ROSES WAS DEAD IN THE BOX, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY ALSO SAID THAT THEY COULD REPLACE THEM IN A DAY OR SO AND I TOLD THEM THAT ALL I WANTED WAS A REFUND AND THEY SAID THAT WOULD TAKE UP TO TEN DAYS WHICH I THINK IS REDICULOUS TO HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG FOR A REFUND WHEN THEY TAKE THERE MONEY OUT AS SOON AS YOU OREDER
