Proflowers - Worst ever customer service!!!!!!!!!
First of all the flowers are way overpriced, and the website is broken.
I ordered some flowers for mothers day, for delivery on may 6th, and then found out luckily the next day that they were set to be delivered on the 13th of may? I have to get on the phone, and talk to these brain-dead operators, where do they come from? I finally get it back on the right delivery date, then the operator offers to throw in some chocolate covered strawberries, at no cost to me, i said great. Assures me they will be delivered by the 11th of may, they never arrive, go figure? Call them back, they transfer me around back to san diego, stay on the phone forever, to find out that they cant find the order number, and so im screwed out of the strawberries. Basically i got strung along, they were never going to send them, what gets me is those coupon codes, are scams, the prices are rediculous , and most of all, there customer service is the worst ive ever encountered, worse than att, and never knew that was possible!
Word of advice, just stay away from them, and get somebody who gives a *** about americans, and giving you good product, at a good price, with people who arent *** as a rock..........
