I placed an order on ProFlowers the Tuesday before Mother’s Day with a delivery date set for Friday.Friday at 5pm I received an email saying that my order would not be processed because of an "inventory issue" and they were only crediting me back a portion of my order.

It took me an hour on the phone and 4 representatives to get the rest of money back for the order that was not delivered. On the second try to get the flowers delivered the vase got broken. Its not acceptable for flowers to be late on special occasions. I will never order from ProFlowers again.

Additionally a few years ago when I ordered from ProFlowers the same thing happened delivery cancelled the day of. Not sure why I ever ordered after that occurrence.

Surprising this company hasn’t gone bankrupt yet as this seems to happen all the time.
