I placed and order well in advance and the pkg was damaged by the carrier and could not be delivered today. I called ur #800 and was told there wasn't any way to resend the order by Mothers Day.

I find it very unsatisfactory that I had to pay full price and my gift is still not going to arrive in time.

Why is it that I can go to ur website right now and get the order there by Mother's Day but y'all can't provide that to me, it's not my fault y'all entrusted ur products to a careless carrier. I've been a customer s long time this is very disheartening
